MEMBER SINCE 2002 – I have been a client with CARE HOME HEALTH AGENCY for 19 years. I had a fall and hurt my hip and experienced weakness in my legs and eventually had to use a wheelchair to get around. I applied for Personal Assistance Services through Medicaid and qualified. CARE’s Attendants have always been reliable. I trust and have confidence in the agency to have an attendant for me when I have needed one. The Attendant’s CARE has sent me are very attentive when providing services and I remain satisfied with their service.
