01. Can a family member be my provider?
Yes, unless they are listed as a do not hire by the insurance.
02. Do you offer services for disabled recipients?
Yes
03. Can I be driven around or provide transportation?
No, the provider’s are not allowed to drive the Individuals around during service hours. the provider may assist the Individuals/Members in obtaining a ride.
04. Who determines the eligibility of the service?
Your Insurance provider.
05. How do you determine the days and hours of the services?
Insurance will authorize the amount of days and hours. The Individuals/Members may choose the day of the week and hour they wish to receive the services.

01. Can I be the provider for a family member?
Yes, if the insurance permits and are able to pass a background check.
02. Can I clock-in during a family vacation?
No, all services are to be given in the Individuals/Members home.
03. Is the token device required at home?
Yes, the token device is installed into the home and must not be removed.
04. How would the agency keep track of my services?
The provider must call in and out to an evv system daily.
05. What qualifications do I need to become a provider?
Must be 18 and older and need to pass a background check.
